Delta Elevator designs, manufactures, installs and services its own line of controllers, the DMPC.  This allows us to ensure a high quality, reliable product from the concept design through to the elevator turnover to owners. 

 

Our controller designs have over 10 years of operational history in the field, with additional features being added on a regular basis in response to changes in TSSA regulations.

 

The large installed base of controllers also allows us to collect constant feedback on performance and reliability, which ensures issues are addressed and program updates are installed quickly.

 

In addition to new construction projects, the Delta DMPC controller is also well suited for modernization upgrades to existing installations.

 

DMPC Controllers

Delta's DMPC (Distributed Multi-Processor Control) controller offers our customers the following features:

  • Greatly reduces the quantity of wiring from the controller t o the elevator (data is carried on the serial bus from distributed I/O points)

Non-Proprietary Elevator Equipment

Elevators and elevator components range in their proprietary nature.  Prior to making a purchase decision for a new elevator or controller, it is important to understand how an installation will be affected by the proprietary nature of the product under consideration.  Please see Delta's Non-Proprietary Elevator Equipment worksheet for addition information on this critical issue.

 

Delta controllers are available with or without a diagnostic tool, which can also be purchased as an after market item.  Delta stands behind its product 100% and supports its elevators whether they are maintained by Delta or by another contractor.
