Customer Feedback

Delta Elevator is committed to continuously improving all aspects of its products and services. Your feedback, whether informal or formal, helps us to focus resources on the issues most important to customers.

Informal Feedback

All Delta employees welcome informal feedback. Our internal Corrective Action Request process ensures that your feedback is logged and then addressed by management in a timely manner. If you have specific suggestions, we encourage you to let your Delta contact know, whether in the field or in the office.

Formal Feedback

Delta also collects feedback through a standard Customer Satisfaction Survey, which is distributed to selected customers on a scheduled basis as part of our ISO 9001 process.
